Introduction

This equipment is wide used in paper sheets feeding, gluing and positioning for various hardcovers and   rigid   boxes and gift boxes, such as book hardcover, folding hardcover, jewelry box, cellphone box, wine box, cake box and cigarette box etc. Instruction 1. Feeder part adopts the specialized Cam structure, to avoid the double sheets or more sheets. 2. Gluing part adopts the circulatory gluing system, and high precision gluing rollers to ensure gluing wellproportioned. 3. Positioned unit adopts high-resolution industrial camera to calculate the position of paper sheet and positioning through robot which support ±0.2mm accuracy. This machine accepts to combine the extra rigid box making machines which can output automatically.

Product Function

1:completion of fly-over paper feeding – gluing – feeding of the glue board – positioning – holding the box – edge wrapping – folding of the ears and folding into the shape.

2 The paper feeding part is independently driven by dual servo motors and has a microcomputer control system (patented independently), with a paper feeding station to ensure smoother paper feeding and effectively solve problems such as double-sided paper and scratches. It is suitable for various thickness paper automatic production lines.

3 Full computer function parameter setting, fault diagnosis function.
The fly-over paper feeding, gluing and conveyor belt use well-known brand servo drives, which can be adjusted continuously, withhigh precision and easy adjustment, saving time.
4The positioning part adopts image positioning system and robot grasping components to improve positioning accuracy and effciency. The error range can reach ±0.05mm, and the positioning and debugging speed is faster.
